Nikki Cross is the Senior Director of Data Science Solutions at Nova Credit, a leading credit infrastructure and analytics company specializing in cash flow underwriting. She empowers financial institutions to leverage consumer-permissioned data to expand credit access responsibly. With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Cross brings expertise from both lender and vendor perspectives. She is a recognized thought leader in cash flow underwriting, frequently speaking at industry conferences on alternative credit data and implementation best practices. Prior to Nova Credit, Cross held senior data science roles at Mission Lane, LendUp, and TransUnion, and spent nearly a decade at Capital One in analytical and consulting roles. She holds a Master's degree in Analytics and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology. Cross is passionate about using advanced analytics to create more inclusive financial systems and expand responsible credit access.
