Jen Glaspie Lundstrom

Jen Glaspie Lundstrom is Nova Credit's Head of Lending, bringing more than 20 years of experience in strategy, general management, and product, with deep expertise at the intersection of payments, credit, and loyalty.

Most recently, Jen was co-founder and CEO of Tandym, a fintech reimagining branded payments to boost merchant profits and reward customers. Before Tandym, she spent seven years at Capital One, where she held Managing Vice President roles leading Product and Technology as well as Partnerships. Earlier in her career, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, founder and CEO of Aphira, and Consultant at Bain & Company.

Jen holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
